Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping Australia:
  • We ship all orders in Australia for a Flat Rate of $9.95 AUD via Australia Post.
  • Qualify for free shipping when you spend $100 AUD or more (Australia only).
Additional Information:
  • Orders will despatch within 1-3 business days of your purchase date.
  • You should receive the package within 7 business days of being shipped (this may vary between states & busy periods).
  • Please make sure your name, shipping/billing address, and all info is correct. Crooked Supply cannot be held responsible for events beyond our control such as service delays, lost packages, or stolen items.
  • You will receive an email with your tracking number when your package has been shipped.
Express Shipping Australia:
  • Express shipping is $15.95 AUD (AU ONLY).
  • Shipping time is usually 1-4 business days.
  • Order placed weekdays before 2pm ACDT will get same day despatch. Orders placed after 2pm Adelaide time will despatch the next business day.
International Shipping: New Zealand & USA.
  • Please note that International orders (including New Zealand) may be subject to customs inspections and import duties and taxes unique to your country. 
  • NZ shipping Flat Rate $11.95 AUD. Free on orders over $200 AUD.
  • USA shipping Flat Rate $20 AUD.
    Please note taxes and duties may be charged for international orders.
    • All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges are the responsibility of the customer, even if you refuse the shipment upon delivery. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.
    • Customs authorities require by law that we state the value of your order directly on the package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package and, in rare cases, they may also delay or reject delivery.
    • If you refuse to pay any additional fees, your package will be sent back to us and you will be refunded the cost of your order minus any extra shipping charges incurred by us from the carrier.
    Track Your Order:
    • As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you an email letting you know it's been dispatched and provide you with a unique tracking number. you can track your parcel at the Australia Post website by entering your tracking number here.
    • Please check your tracking number provided from our email sent to you upon your parcel being dispatched. If the tracking states “no events currently found” this may because your parcel has not gone past a scanning point yet.
    Haven't Received A Confirmation Email Yet?
    • Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email detailing your order. If you don’t receive an order confirmation email from us within 24 hours of placing your order, please double check that you have supplied the correct contact information and checked your 'junk' mail folder before contacting us.
    Need More Help?
    • If there is a problem with your order or if your order never arrived, please contact us on Instagram @crookedsupply or email us at with your ORDER NUMBER.
    Returns & Exchanges:
    • Crooked Supply can only offer refunds if the garment arrives with a manufacturing fault. However this does not include general wear and tear.
    • We do not offer refunds for wrong size purchases or change of mind purchases, we can offer you a size exchange or store credit.
    • For the above, you may return your purchase within 14 business days of receiving your order. If the return falls outside this period, Crooked Supply cannot accept the returned items.
    • If you are returning something because you simply changed your mind or you bought the wrong size, you will have to cover the postage cost of shipping it back to us.
    • All items must be unworn with their original tags & packaging to be eligible for a return / exchange.
    • Domestic returns must then be mailed to: PO BOX 389, Modbury North 5092, Adelaide, South Australia.
    • International returns must then be mailed to: Suite 389, Shop 20, 429 Montague Road, Modbury SA 5092, South Australia.
    Sale Items & Sale Events
    • All sale items are final, unfortunately we do not process any change of mind returns for sale items, this includes wrong sizes. 
    • If your item has a manufacturing fault, we will happily inspect your item and send you a new one if stock is available. If no stock is available in your item, we will process a refund for you.
